GoldenRest's Visco Memory Foam Mattress contains no springs or other metal parts. In place of springs, it uses a layer of state-of-the-art viscoelastic memory foam on top of layers of pre-crushed and high resilience foam. The bottom layers give the mattress overall support and cushioning, while the viscoelastic memory foam functions to reduce pressure on your head, neck, and back.
