Refund Policy:

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Please email to cs@evamedical.com with the Subject: "Return Authorization" to request for the RMA. To expedite this process, please specify clearly your reason for return and your Amazon order no. Your email will be responded within the next 48 hours. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.
All authorized returned products will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, provided that such products are returned and received by our warehouse within 30 days' from the date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred to return such products. Products returned must be 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Eva Medical reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee with a minimum $5 handling charge on all returned products. Refusal of shipment upon delivery will also be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If you receive a defective product please notify us within 3 business days' of receipt. All defective products will be accepted by us for credit, exchange or repair, at our discretion.
Important Note: Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, bath benches, CPAP and Oxygen machines, nebulizers, erection aids, pillows, mattresses and pads, cushions, braces ,supports, masks, oral products etc., will never be accepted return due to State law regarding Hygiene Items.

When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
